Mr. Lopez has over 16 years of investment experience and a track record of success in raising capital and investing. He brings to A-Venture Capital experienced business development and extensive contacts in the international financial community. Jean-Marc Lopez has been involved in the investment banking and the venture capital business for over sixteen years and has successfully invested in private equities, financial instruments, commodities and real estate ventures.

Mr. Lopez holds several Business School degrees and Masters from the Nice Sophia Antipolis University, Nice, France and is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian. He began his career with the European Union (E.U), financing technology projects, continuing with successful investments in financial services, commodities and real estate ventures.

Jean-Marc Lopez serves as consultant for governments and top executives. He is member of the Hedge Fund Business Operation Association and is member associate of the National Futures Association (NFA) and registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

Thomas H. Ross - International Business Advisor
Thomas Ross specializes in investments that are alternatives to the normal stock and bond markets. He is a graduate of Purdue University in Aeronautical Engineering, with a MSc Industrial Management from Purdue, and a PhD in International Business. After several years researching various defense establishments with Boeing, he began an international career in investments, real estate and financial planning. He has a background in international corporate management and business development, with investment clients in Europe, the Middle East and the USA. Over 18 years, he resided in nine different nations. Mr. Ross helped international investors locate pre-development land in California and Florida, assisting them in reselling their land to developers. He has been active in real estate development in California, Florida and Beirut, Lebanon.

Tom edited The International Financial Strategist a respected monthly investment newsletter. He is a speaker on investments, asset protection and emerging company capital finance. He is a Series 7 licensed NASD registered representative, and holds Florida licenses in health and life insurance. Since 1986 he has been active in early stage private equity capital investments primarily in the Southeast. He is a director of the Gold Coast Venture Capital Association. Early accomplishments included earning the rank of Eagle Scout at 12 years of age, the first in Indiana to do so, and serving as Class President at Purdue University.

Tom is active as a founder and Director of the Global Alliance for Health Solutions, an organization that provides worldwide research on contemporary and complimentary medicine. He was selected as a 2003 and 2004 Florida Businessman of the Year by the Republican Congressional Committee's Business Advisory Council, and is appointed to the Committee's Presidential Business Commission. Tom also serves on the Business Advisory Board for the University of Florida Center of Excellence for Regenerative Health and Biotechnology, and is President of the non-profit Palm Beach Business Group.
